Not so long ago,my job was to call people on the phone & try to sell them magazines. You may have hung up on me yourself once or twice! Like at any job, my co-workers & I have come up with ways to keep amused. One of my favorites is my collection of names of actual people, culled from the hundreds that popped up on my computer screen each day. This page is unofficially dedicated to Dick Trickle, famous race car driver. No, I never called him, I just get a kick out of the name. I don't even like auto racing, but sometimes I'll watch it just so I can hear the announcer say "Dick Trickle"

Imagine having to try to pronounce these, keeping in mind that the name pops up on the computer screen at the same time the customer is saying "Hello?".
